Dear Starbucks Cranberry Bliss Bar,
After I saw you on display so nicely at your store, I decided to make you at home.  At the price of 2 ($4.95/ea) Cranberry Bars ( & stuff I had lying around my fridge/pantry) I was able to make 12 of  you, and if I do say so myself- a little tastier and less pasty. I even boxed them up just like your owner and gave some away as gifts.
Love always, Pattycake  ♥

Time To Head To The Supermarket

(1) Mix together brown sugar and butter until well combined.  Next add  eggs, vanilla, ginger,  flour ,white chocolate  & a pinch of salt beat well

(2) Dice up one cup of cranberries and throw into the batter- excuse the leftover autumn fall plate ^^

(3) Line a cake pan with parchment paper, spray w/ pam (you can never be too cautious) and spread batter evenly bake for 35 minutes until golden on top

Once the cake is cooled mixed together cream cheese, 3 cups of powdered sugar, lemon & vanilla Spread evenly on top of cake- This is no joke one of the best frostings I have ever tasted in my life!

Mix remainder of the confectioners sugar, shortening & milk , set aside.  Spread remainder of the cranberries evenly on the cake and drizzle icing on top.  Add more milk if you feel like you’re not getting the right drizzle effect Refrigerate for 20 minutes, once the icing has completely hardened cut in 12 pieces and serve.

Packaging/Gift Ideas

I purchased a few different types of treat boxes-I got mine @ The Container Store.   I sealed the box with a snowflake sticker and placed a holiday themed To/From Sticker on the box.   This is an excellent gift for the holidays- Bon Appetit!
